Industry’s Best Warranty
General Housing Corporation warrants all our homes against defects in our workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery to the building site. GHC also warrants for 10 years the structural elements of the home.
Building components such as roofing, siding, windows and cabinets have manufacturer’s warranty ranging from 5 years to lifetime.
Third party warranties are extended by the manufacturer of the component (not by GHC), and are the sole responsibility of that manufacturer.
